Created in memory of Matthew Manuel, a CLAC member who faced the challenges of addiction and recovery, this award honours his legacy and his family’s dedication to supporting others. Each year, CLAC awards a $1,000 scholarship to a member who has completed a treatment program, is living a sober lifestyle, and is committed to helping others on their recovery journey.
