Partnerships & Sponsorships
Being a member of a union means being a member of a community. CLAC is committed to making a positive difference in the communities where our members live and work. We support nation-wide initiatives that strengthen families and communities, and we also aid struggling workers around the world.
Scholarships
An investment in education is an investment in your future. Every year, CLAC provides post-secondary scholarship opportunities to CLAC members and their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
Building Communities
Is there a cause in your community that inspires you? Each year, CLAC donates to 30 local causes nominated by members in the communities where they live and work.

Skills Canada
CLAC is a sponsor of Skills Canada, an organization that encourages and supports “a coordinated Canadian approach to promoting skilled trades and technologies to youth.”
Aboriginal Initiatives Program
Our innovative training-to-employment programs help Canada’s First Nations Peoples get the skills training they need, and help our signatory companies meet their human resources needs.
Secondary School Initiatives
By giving high school students the opportunity to try a trade, we’re encouraging young people to consider a career in trades, and helping to alleviate Canada’s skills mismatch.
Women Building Futures
We’re partnering with Women Building Futures to help women gain the skills they need to build a successful career as skilled tradespeople.
CLAC Foundation
Help make a difference in the lives of struggling workers and their families around the globe through the CLAC Foundation.
